What Can I Return?
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons products may only be returned if there is an initial problem on product arrival in which case none of the extensions should be used or tampered with.
Because of the nature of the products that we sell, we do not offer a returns for hair extensions which have already been used or if the packet is incomplete, or for any other reason other than if faulty.
How long do I have to do so?
Our 7 day guarantee means that you have 7 days from the receipt of the original delivery. Unfortunately returns for faulty items cannot be accepted after 7 days have passed.
All complaints must be registered with us within 7 days of purchase

The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How will I be reimbursed?
If the product is proven to be faulty, and you follow our complaints procedure, then Endless Styles agree without predujice to replace the product with a suitable replacement.
In the even that a satisfactory replacement product cannot be arranged, then either a full or partial refund may be offered at the descretion of Endless Styles.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the product is faulty we will also credit the amount of the postage or replace the item free of charge including postage costs.
Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. You can expect your refund or replacement product(s) within approximately 7 working days after we receive your faulty or unwanted product(s). Please note you will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us unless the product(s) are faulty. Before returning any product(s) to us please ensure that you sufficiently package the item. You are also advised to return product(s) by recorded delivery or registered post. You will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Please remember to include your full name and address and a copy of your purchase invoice along with your reason for return. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on colour samples. A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
If hair extensions dry out it is because you haven’t followed our correct after care and/or haven’t used our shampoo and conditioner we will not be held responsible on hair being damaged , used hair cannot be returned and if hair is damaged and your order has not included our shampoo and conditioner we will not look into it any further
If you are not a Qualified and trained extensionist you should not purchase the hair as there will be no return policy. This hair is to only be fitted and purchased by extensionists who have qualified in this trade. Any returns will need proof of qualification.
Endless Styles cannot and will not be held responsible for the fitting of, use of, or the ongoing maintenance of hair extensions. We supply and sell the product only, and as such our liability ends 7 days after point of sale.
