Delivery Costs and Options
FREE UK Mainland Standard Delivery when you spend over £95! (excluding Highlands)
Our standard delivery charge is £4.99. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Our next day delivery charge is £8.00. We use Royal Mail, who aim to deliver to you the next working day. This service is only available in the UK mainland. If you place an order before 11.30pm on a normal working day, it will be delivered to you the following day. If you place your order after 12.00pm, on a Friday, or any time on a weekend or Bank Holiday, please add another working day. Tracking details will be supplied in your confirmation email. A signature is required when we deliver your order with Next Day delivery.
NON-UK MAINLAND AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS
Our standard delivery charge, regardless of weight, to a single address is £12.00. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.
Depending on location and local Customs Authorities, European delivery can take up to 14 days after being dispatched and are subject to possible customs clearance and local charges. Our standard delivery charge regardless of weight, to a single address is £15.00.
All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon – Fri (excluding public holidays etc.).
Please note bulky items/orders may trigger an additional charge to send it to destinations outside of the mainland UK. In this case you will be contacted to confirm the final amount.
4.3.3 REST OF THE WORLD
Depending on location and local Customs Authorities, World-Wide delivery can take up to 28 days after being dispatched and are subject to possible customs clearance and local charges. Our standard delivery charge regardless of weight, to a single address is £15.00.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once you have placed an order then you cannot change the address details online.
If you have not received your order or it is late please contact us. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out in Section 4.3 are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control. Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.
Occasionally we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-dispatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within a week of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse we will issue a refund for the product.
WHAT IF ONLY PART OF YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED?
Before contacting us please check your paperwork to see whether there is more than one parcel – for example, if it says ‘1 of 2’ or ‘1 of 3’. This means that we were unable to package your entire order on one package and you should expect a further delivery within the next few days.
WHAT IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED AT ALL?
Before contacting us, please check your emails from us or our courier. Please check your junk folder, and ensure that email@example.com is added to your safe senders list. Then contact us quoting the order number and date of order. We will then track your order with the relevant party and inform you on the delivery status and next steps.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT NAME, OR ADDRESS?
Yes. You are able to have your order sent to a different address; you can enter a shipping address when you reach the checkout.
CAN I REQUEST DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
No, unfortunately we currently do not support multiple delivery addresses per order.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once you have placed an order you cannot change the address details or the delivery option selected. If you want to change the address we have for you for future orders you can change this during checkout or login to the My Account page and click on ‘Edit your details’.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN STORE?
Yes it is possible for you to reserve products on Endless Styles Ltd. and collect them from our store with prior arrangement (please contact us first).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM OUT WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER?
Deliveries will usually be made on Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. If you or the intended recipient is not in when the delivery attempt is made, our courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collect your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO ENDLESS STYLES BECAUSE IT IS UNDELIVERABLE?
Occasionally a package is returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens we will attempt to contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or refund. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel we will arrange a refund.
